1. ONLY IN STOCK ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED.
2. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS ORDERED.
3. CUSTOMER MUST RETURN RAMP WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
4. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED. CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT DEALER FIRST. THEN DEALER CAN CALL 800-554-7267 FOR RMA
(RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION).
5. RAMP MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND RETURNED IN ORIGINAL BOX.
6. IF RAMP WAS ORGINALLY DELIVERED DAMAGED, TAKE PICTURES OF BOX AND RAMP. SEND PICTURES TO INFO@PVIRAMPS.COM AND CALL 800- 554-7267 FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT THROW BOX AWAY.
7. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
8. AFTER INSPECTION A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TO DEALER FOR RAMP(S) RETURNED TO INVENTORY, MINUS RESTOCKING FEE (10% PORTABLE RAMPS OR 15% MODULAR RAMPS; BOTH WITH A $15.00 MINIMUM CHARGE) AND IF APPLICABLE A 25% REPAIR FEE.
9. IF RAMP IS RETURNED IN A NON-REPAIRABLE CONDITION, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED (UNLESS PICUTRES SHOW RAMP WAS DAMAGED IN ORIGINAL SHIPPING).
10. ANY DISPUTES MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RAMP RETURN.
