The Lift N’ Go Electric Lift – Model 210 offers a robust and reliable solution for transporting scooters and power chairs. With an all-steel, e-coated, and powder-coated finish, this lift is built for durability and strength. It features a 350-lb weight capacity and a 28" x 48" platform. The lift folds up into a stowaway position and is easily operated using a switch box. Safety is enhanced with retractable ratchets and a 21' wire harness with a 30-amp resettable circuit breaker.

We offer a 3 Year Transferable Limited Warranty!
Every effort has been made to insure high quality in material and workmanship of our products. Manufacturer warrants all products to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for three (3) years from date of original purchase.
EXCEPTIONS: 1 year limited warranty on all Electrical components including motor and actuator. 1 year limited warranty on retractable ratchet straps provided through the manufacturer. All custom orders have a 90~day limited warranty.
CARRIERS: All carriers are warranted to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for three (3) years from date of original purchase when used in accordance with manufacturer installation and operating instructions. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, mis-use, accident, or use of unauthorized attachments or modifications. Protective finish coating on carriers is not guaranteed in as much as the manufacturer is not responsible for the use (abuse or natural wear and tear) of the product. The manufacturer and/or selling agents of carriers will not be responsible in any way for damage to, or loss of, item(s) being carried or falling from carriers or damages said item(s) may cause on or off carriers. All shipping charges for parts under warranty must be prepaid by the customer.
TRANSPORT COVERS: Transport covers are guaranteed free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from time of purchase. Covers are not guaranteed against rips, holes, or damage due to improper installation, abuse, misuse, alteration, or environmental factors beyond our control.
RETURN POLICY: All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase unless due to defect. Written authorization MUST be obtained from WheelChair Carrier prior to the return of any merchandise for any reason, and all transportation costs must be prepaid. NO RETURNS on custom orders. Authorized returns for credit only are subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus any cost incurred in restoring the merchandise to a resalable condition. Freight charges cannot be credited.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@wheelchairthrone.com. Transit times vary from 3-10 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the next working Business day,

30-Day Return Policy
In most cases we offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received—unused, with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase (like a receipt) is also required.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. This includes the costs of both sending and returning the product.
Restocking Fees and Transaction Costs
Due to rising freight shipping costs, the following fees apply to outright product returns:
- A 25% restocking fee of the product's total purchase price.
- All associated inbound and outbound shipping costs.
- A 2.9% transaction fee to cover payment processing costs.
However, if you wish to exchange the product for another item, we may be able to assist with covering part of these costs, depending on the specific product. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as outlined below. In rare cases, we may consult with the manufacturer to see if a return can be processed. If a return is approved under special circumstances, the above restocking fee, shipping costs, and transaction fee will still apply.
Missed Delivery Policy
If a scheduled delivery is missed due to the freight company’s inability to complete the delivery and the goods are returned to the sender, the following fees will apply:
- A 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs for both outbound and return deliveries.
To avoid these charges, we strongly advise you to ensure availability during the scheduled delivery time. If you need to reschedule, please contact the freight company or our customer service team as soon as possible.
